Lent offers us a time of reflection as we are called to consider and clear our way forward to renewal.  Our desire to be refreshed and renewed coincides with the whispers of coming spring.  A voice in the wilderness calls out “Repent!”  But let’s just use the word “spring cleaning” for our Quiet Day.   The Rev. Torrence Harman

The Rev. Torrence Harman is an Episcopal priest, experienced Shalem Institute spiritual director, adjunct faculty at Rappahannock Community College, and a former family law attorney and mediator.   She describes herself as an always-seeked of sustaining and fresh rhythms for this one precious life in which we are called to live and move and have our being.

This quiet day offers the gift of a "time apart" to consider a personal "spring cleaning", making room for the fresh air of the Spirit to move within us.

Lunch is included.  Please be sure to sign up, either in the Richardson Room or by calling the parish office at 703-941-2922.  The day ends with Holy Eucharist.  Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Donations will be received to cover the costs of the day.
